Here's an update

Wow, it's been a busy few days. It all started on saturday with Christmas with my family. We ate good food, we opened presents, and then off to the city to see the movie Pursuit of happiness. (very good movie) We saw it at st vital, and after the movie, just as we were about to leave, the mall was bombarded with fifty to seventyfive santas running wild. It was quite the sight to see. On sunday, I had the martens gathering at my grandparents and wow, what an interesting gathering. What do a neural science student, a carpenter, a family man, a receptionist and me have in common. Well, nothing, other than we're related. If you like akward silence, this was the gathering to be at. Well, maybe it wasn't that bad, but it was pretty dull. Yesterday I started packing for Ontario, I'm leaving on thursday bright and early at 5 am. So excited!!!!! Well that's all for now. Have a good Christmas and see ya next year!

Gone

Yesterday I called my little sister up to remind her about the big brothers big sisters christmas party, that I thought was today but really was yesterday. I got the days mixed up and had to miss it and well so did she. When I called to let her know, her mom told me, they wouldn't be able to make it either because they were moving that evening. They were going to stienbach to a shelter and that's all I know. I got to say goodbye to my little sister over the phone, but still it's hard not to worry about her. I was shocked to hear that they were moving, I had no warning. I just hope she's gonna make it through this time of change okay.
